Hello mistressmaxine I know how you feel I do have a dominate sort of personality but feel the need to explore a submissive side of me and I do think if is with the right 2 people it would be a wonderful state

Not at all. I have known Dom/mes, and I have known submissives, and I have known a LOT who did not fit neatly into either category. Aside from switches who would go either way, I also have known Do/mes or subs who had a need to
occasionally take the other role.

Why do you need to be one or the other?
I can be either depending on who is around to play that night
I am both.. I PREFER to sub but lately I have been exploring my Dominant side.
I am not "Collared nor Owned" I play with anyone I wish.
I have only mixed BDSM & sex with one fella & it was awesome but we were not meant to be. If the Dominant that normally plays me is present I drop into subbie mode... If He is not present I am normally in Domme mode.
(although He has shown up late & watched me in Domme mode... He said it was funny watching me slide from Domme to subbie after I finished play )
I am a "Soft Domme" because I cannot flog, whip or otherwise inflict major pain on the person I play with
One of the strongest Domme's in our group occasionally needs to submit to someone. She has a choice few she trusts & when She needs it She requests & recieves...
There are 3 "subbies" in our group exploring the dominant side just to see.
I don't ever think we ever "find" the real person as we continuosly evolve.
To stop growing is to stagnate & eventually die...
