a story about the person doing the lifesaving?
Or the passion two survivors share to get past the tragedy?
Or a competition for a woman in which they all win by having a threesome ?

I did something along these lines.

It was about a woman that works for the US Secret Service and is a feminist. At a function for a prominent Senator, a male chauvinist, has her boss compel her to wear a dress, nylons and heels, citing it is a very conservative fund raiser, all to which she hates. Yet because of wearing just that, she ends up saving the Senator's life by taking out an assassin.

In discussing it with the Senator though, the woman realizes there is a HUGE rush in what she did, and confusion too, of being a hero, but yet having to do the ultimate act to be the hero. It's just raw emotion, and from it, her and the Senator have powerful sex from her need for release.
