Odds are good that the acid in the sperm didn't sit well with your stomache. Try an antacid or peptobismal.

This happened to me once or twice. What I found was that if he had been drinking, or eating acidic foods, then it would upset my stomach if I swallowed during a blow job. Generally I just try to drink a lot of water right after going down on him...I find it helps.

It isn't something you can convince a person to do. Some women associate swallowing with being dirty. Some can't stand the taste.
