The whole idea of bondage is that the bound is helpless to prevent anything which may be done to them. When I have practiced bondage, it is partially to create an atmosphere of helplessness, partially for sensation (foreplay if you will) partially for control. the addition of adjuctive elements(candle wax, clothes pins, clamps etc) only contribute to the dual ends of giving pleasure and taking pleasure.
In my play, the scenario always ends with my penetrating my honey.
Of all my bondage fantasies, the strongest are the suspension fantasies. There is something about not having your feet on the floor which adds to the helplessness of the subject.
In some ways it is also evident in my collection of pornography. In 99% of my photo collection the subject is being penetrated in some way. I have several where the subject is off the floor, and I find this extremely exciting. I thought I might share this, and see if anyone else shared this particular fetish.

I wasn't really so into suspension bondage until I saw it in person and realized how powerfully sexual it can be. It's really intense to see how the relationship between control, tactile sensation, and sex relates to this sort of thing. It makes certain activities so much easier and inspires new ways to (frankly) fuck someone. I highly suggest that no-one should ever dismiss the appeal of suspension until you've seen it up close and personal.
