PUKE

Good lord, I love seafood...but c'monnnnn...

I agree....I had a real queasy tummy after watching
that!!! Gosh!!! I thought I was going to puke up
on my way into work!!

Anyhow.....I missed the first Survivor edition.....was able
to watch #2 in Australia then #3 in Africa......Marquesas
is real good so far.......

My opinion about Sarah.....I know she'll get booted off
very soon......she's lazy and is there for the ride.......

I definitely like this one better so far... it's more how I pictured "Survivor" when I first heard of it - people making traps for animals, trying to catch fish and other sea food, gathering fruits and nuts.

It makes things a lot more interesting.

While the other "Survivor" editions were good in my
opinion, because of their locales..........this one is better
because the participants all have to do a lot of things from
scratch.......I think its great that one gets to hunt for seafood
then cook it up afterwards......yummmy shrimp! :)

Hey RawHumor....I love your Cartman av and sig. line :)
I'm a South Park fan myself......

TONITE...SPECIAL TIME FOR "SURVIVOR"

IS 8pm on CBS (check your local listings!).....I think its
8pm tonite on wednesday because "The Amazing Race"
is premiering at 9pm right after it........

I read in the NY Post yesterday that for tonite's episode,
one of the castaways gets stung by a sea urchin, and
according to the first aid training they received beforehand,
urine is the best thing to get rid of the stinging...not a joke,
folks!! we shall see tonite what happens!!!!

TJ- Survivor isn't supposed to be on tonight

at least that's my understanding.

For the next two weeks...Survivor is on on Wednesday instead of Thursday because of the basketball being played on Thursdays.

My son informed me of this when I picked him up a little while ago. My two favorite shows on tonight? Survivor & West Wing.. I'm in heaven.

God, I need a life. really, I do.

I saw that promo as well, jen and you beat me to posting it! :)

hey ya Bratcat! :)
Heehee this thread got lost in the shuffle, then I brought it
back up this afternoon!
Anyhow....I went to the Survivor site on www.cbs.com and
also found out that it will be on 2/20 wednesday too!

TN_Vixen.....I was right about Survivor being on tonite...I think
that there are a lot of people out there who still think its on
tomorrow though........

Who's gonna be the lucky one to get kicked off tonite?

Could that have been ANY more disappointing? The team kicked off one of two people that actually do any work for them? What are they thinking is going to happen - "Now that Hunter's gone we'll just sit around and catch up on our tans and we won't have to work so much".

I hope they don't mix up the teams like they did last time because they now deserve to get picked off one by one.

I was quite disappointed to see that Hunter was kicked off Survivor
last nite :( He was quite good....a hard worker.......I bet that Maraamu
will totally disappear by the time the "merger" happens....but who
knows...anything can happen now.....maybe now that Hunter is gone
they are going to have to really think hard about their own actions to
save their own butts and get crankin' there! As was said last nite,
"winning is an attitude"...and even though Maraamu was very close
to winning immunity last nite, they fell short....again.

OH yeah......who knows if the teams might be mixed up.......again,
anything can happen!

But Sarah's already said she's not there to work... and Sean has the attitude that he won't lift a finger unless there's a sign from God that he should extend the energy to do so.

I just don't see them having any prayer at all. They'll lose again next week, and they'll probably kick off Gina, their last real worker.

That would leave Rob, Sean, Sarah and Vecepia. Of those, maybe Sean or Vecepia could survive the merger. The other two wouldn't be tolerated.

Maybe the Red Cross will come as Hunter promised in his closing words,
and airlift them away! :D

LOL It's sad that the other team can have injuries like they did and STILL win the challenges.

Oh yeah....Rotu has got that teamwork and spirit thing
going on.....yeah, I thought that the booboos and injuries
that occurred would hamper them in the challenges...
but oh no.....they pulled thru.......
