It's still quite insane to see a story gain traction so quickly. I do love me some T&I category fun. That being said, I really enjoyed the Summer Lovin' story category. I've pushed myself to write longer pieces as well which seem to go over much better with the readers as well. Who'd have thunk?

In other news:

Review and essay still pending.

Thirty categories down with the latest story/contest. My review is stuck in pending but once it publishes, I have completed all of the non bonus categories.

It was my goal going in. Last year, I came in too late to finish (or so I told myself) but I think it could have been close.

I have to say that this competition has really made me look at my writing and focus on quality as well as quantity.

I want my story published but it is stuck again. I think with all the contests, the lesser categories are left for longer. I may republish again and see what happens.

All non-bonus categories are now complete as far as I can tell.

If I complete all non-bonus categories is this all categories for scoring? I assume not but thought I would ask. I am unable to do the audio nor can I draw for illustrated.

This was a fun one. Doubt I will do it again, but it was fun this year.

Based on how I scored it last year, “All Categories” does include the illustrated and audio categories. I only scored the “30 categories” level last year, not “all categories”.

I finished all the non- bonus categories last year, and hope to do it again this year.

It is a big challenge!

Still trying to figure out a Halloween story idea. I have one for Conception but Halloween, this year, eludes me for anything I really want to write about for some reason. I have a fun Christmas romance in planning, too.
