Surgery done and now home....

Quite a bit more painful than I expected. I'm usually good with pain, but this time I am sucking down the painkillers. Day 2 after, and still sore as all hell.
I have 2 rows of stitches on my back, right in the middle over my spine where my bra strap usually sits - so no bras till this all heals.
And sleeping is a bitch Can only lie on my left side. Can't sit too well either.


Now the wait for pathology results.....

when/why did they cut you open?

Surgery was on the 4th (today is 6th).
More cancerous spots - one carcinoma, one melanoma.
They're popping up everywhere!
Waiting for pathology so we know if there are good margins because that will determine treatment options.

We found these because one started bleeding and scabbing and when I saw the doc, he was more interested in the one next to it. I had delayed the surgery because I flew across the country to be with Trace
