Awww, CookieCrumbs, damnit, regardless of who appointed whom, anyone with any political acuity at all, recognizes the the five/four, Liberal/Conservative, Left/Right split in the SC.
The difference is, that the US Constitution can be changed by the Amendment process, one that requires the approval of the people through their elected representatives.
The Left wing Liberal judges ignore that process and legislate, 'pass laws', from the Bench, which abrogates the separation of powers in the Federal Government and permits political opinion and thus laws, to go unchallenged via the ballot box.
Congress blew FDR out of the saddle when he attempted to, 'pack the court' by increasing the number of Justices that he could appoint.
Sticky wicket that...
Amicus...
Ami said - sticky.

Oh! Boy! The freaks are loose and running wild.
To win all McBush has to do is be silent and looked stunned when Obama talks shit about appointing unicorns to the SC. Keebler and Sarah will say, "What a great idea!"
