Garcia is NOT an MS-13 member. And believe me, I have neither sympathy nor remorse for those who are. Such people deserve to be locked up- on American Soil in an American Prison with a fair trial.

Garcia however was not an MS-13 member, did not get a trial, and was not detained in an American prison.
This is the point.

He is an innocent man who was falsely ACCUSED of being an MS-13 member, detained without trial, and all of his civil rights were violated.

You are a lawyer (so you claim, anyway; not like we ever believed you) so how would you feel if your civil rights were violated in this way? If you were arrested and detained on false charges and whisked away to a foreign prison, not even in your own country- without ever even facing a judge? Taken from your family, friends, and job?

And what happens when they start doing this to 3rd and fourth generation American citizens, for merely speaking out against tyranny? Lemme guess; you will use your typical bullshit legalese jargon to try and justify what cannot be justified.

I just want to highlight the difference between Democratic Congressmen and Republican Congressmen when it comes down to how they treat their constituents and their bravery and compassion.

Republicans hide like chickens behind their podiums in town halls, gaslighting, making excuses, or even running away like the ball-less cowards they are, meanwhile look at this Senator traveling down to a dangerous country to check on his constituent. Reminds me so much of yet another Democratic Congressman who went down to Jonestown to check on his constituents under that cult, yeah, remember him?
