Anna was running, frightened as she looked behind her, trying to outpace her pursuer. Her blood was pumping and the vampire could hear it. He was getting closer with every second. Suddenly, Anna cried out as she tripped, falling to the ground. The vampire grabbed her as a dark van pulled up and dragged her inside, a cloth covered in chloroform over her mouth.

This was the vision Sam Winchester would see, interrupting an argument in the car with his brother Dean.

**********

Anna sighed as she cleaned the tables in the diner, looking at the clock as it slowly moved. She wanted to get home and sleep. Life in a small town was pretty boring. Except she kept having strange dreams about two brothers. But the dreams felt very real to her. A pale tall man entered the diner, and she went to get him a menu, hoping he was the last customer.

The pale male turned looking over the waitress and smirking slightly as his eyes traveled up and down her nimble frame. He went to one of the empty tables sitting down across from the door and waiting for her to come over. He had his hood up preventing her from seeing his pale face.

“Just a water for me beautiful” The pale man said licking his lips at her beauty and contemplating biting her neck right here and there “Now what’s a pretty little lady like you doing in such a drab dreary establishment?” The man asked playing with the saltshakers as he talked to her.

MEANWHILE

Dean felt his baby roar underneath him and smiled ratcheting it up a few knots. Sammys little vision had given him a town and he was racing to it. Sam was at Bobbies doing another series of test on his powers. Sam argued that he needed to go with him but Dean told him he was fine and that Bobby needed to do the tests on him.

Besides a solo mission would be fun

The beast roared again as he jumped over a hill slamming back onto the ground and letting out a pair of tire tracks. Dean raced down the back road just as the city limits sign came into town for Normal Kansas a population of a whooping 2,000 people. Dean roared past the sign and quickly found the low rent establishment his body was accustomed to and Dean realized with a smile there was a diner in the town to!

His kind of town

“Just a water for me beautiful” Anna blushed, giving him a small smile. It was odd; in a small town they didn't usually get any strangers, especially not ones who wouldn't show their face. She felt a little nervous when she saw him staring at her and licking his lips. “Now what’s a pretty little lady like you doing in such a drab dreary establishment?”

"My... My parents used to own it. It makes me feel close to them... I'll go get that water." She went into the kitchen before returning with a full glass. She tried to walk away, but he insisted on talking to her. Steve, the current owner, saw how tired she was and walked towards them.

"Anna, it's two in the morning. Why don't you head on home and get some sleep?"

She smiled, grabbing her purse and waving goodbye as she walked to the door. "Thank you. I'll see you tommorow. Good night!"

She shut the door and began the long walk back to her dorm. Meanwhile, the vampire stood up, angry at the disruption. Steve watched him, confused by the sudden anger. Anna heard a scream from the diner and hurried back inside. Steve lay crumpled on the floor and the vampires mouth was covered in blood. His eyes went to hers before she began to run, trying to escape
