Just two days away! There are some really great YouTube tribute videos out there made specifically for the Super Bowl and fans of both teams. Yeah yeah, I know most of you freaks would probably rather watch scat porn instead, but even if you're not a fan of either team, here are some cool videos to view before the big game...

My fave Colts video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7rVBBYsaT4

Not a fan of Creed but this COLTS ROAD TO THE SUPER BOWL was edited very nicely. It may even touch your heart unless you're stone cold.

Now then, here's my fave Bears video...

Someone used AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" song for this and I gotta say, it was a damn good choice of song as some of the images are skeery if they serve as a prelude to the SB on Sunday.

Should be a great Super Bowl!

Colt's win, and big! Give the 7 and enjoy life! Also, bet on Peyton as MVP, it's even money.

I want you to know, Morchy, after watching you parade around with that Colts logo in your AV, I'll be rooting for your team this Sunday.

Oh, Paen. Thanks, baby. I really appreciate this.

JaJ, hey now, you know what? That could be a good sign about us posting SB threads at the same time and your prediction makes me smile from ear to ear.

Watch the vids, people!

HEY NEAT!!

S/O and daughters have to work sunday, so I can watch the game in peace! Won't have to hear a high pitched scream every time something doesn't go as well as Dee thinks it should.

Should be a great game.

Ya think? Hmmm, some "experts" who've said not-so-nice things about him in the past are now yapping that he'll get 300+yds., 3 TDs minimum during the Super Bowl. Bahhh, don't go there with such expectations I say!

I can't even tell you who may be MVP. Could be Manning, could be Robbie Gould of the Bears. We'll see. We shall see.

I watched the vids, Morchy. Was I supposed to notice anything besides the nice number of hineys?... hehe.

j/k (not that I didn't look) I'm not a Big football fan but I will be rooting for Manning & the Colts.

and... what's this about you in a jersey?! I don't think I've ever seen a self AV!

I think you should put it back up for good luck for your team. *nod*

I can't change this avatar until after the game. Nor even the title. I'm one superstitious lady that way! Which jersey do you wanna see me in? I have several and my Hump has several Bears jerseys.

Whichever or all. I'm not picky. Paen's got great taste - whatever one he's talking about would be fine.

I just only remember seeing that Morcheeba cover for a long time and then a few other avs, but never a self one. I wanna see!

Hmmm, you must not have avatars on now because I'm still wearing my electric blue Colt's horseshoe av and I usually change av's quite often - just not when I'm in a certain mode like now. Also not self-av's but I may make an exception to my personal rule. Ya never know!

I can't find the YouTube link of some woman who tucks her arms into her Manning jersey and then twirls it around to reveal his name while lip synching the lyrics to a crappy alternative song with lyrics like, "Oh, I'm as happy as Christmas." When we first watched it I said, "Oh, she's gotta be a member of Lit." cuz she acts just like Poppy - totally loopy. Plus she'd set up a guitar and her favorite book in the background for everyone to see.

Instead, here's a Colts tribute that starts with AC/DC's "Hells Bells" (a song they always play during home games) then leads into some Queen songs...

I think it's going to be a great game and not easily predictable. The Bears aren't consistent enough, and actually, neither are the Colts during the playoffs.

I'll look at your vids when I get home, Morchy.

I'll put in my bid to see you in a Bears jersey, btw. :D

Bears played some soft, easy teams earlier in the season and then had some Defensive injuries plus Tank Johnson's stupid shit to deal with during the latter part of the season. They had a bye week and hosted two Playoff games and luck (okay, lotsa skill, as well) was on their side.

When Indy's Bob Sanders got injured, it sucked the life out of the Colts D but they kept keeping on. Didn't start losing until Dallas Clark (TE #44) got injured. As you saw during the Pats game, he has great chemistry with Manning and is a huge motivator for everyone else. Sanders is the Colts' Brian Urlacher. So when both Clark and Sanders returned they started playing like a real Championship team again.

It IS going to be a great game. For me, personally, as I have ties with both teams. I don't think the Bears are as scary good as they have seemed but when Urlacher is on fire, he's on fire and that means the entire team is, as well.

It's this little fucker that I worry about the most...

Devin Hester. Watch this kid go (when you get home ;))

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, Ye of little faith.

They said Seattle would crush us.
They said the Saints would Spank us.

I smell another upset.
Bears all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oooh ouch. You mean with Manning out and Sorgi in?

*knock on wood*

Either way. Bears control the clock and run the hell outta the ball. Manning gets frustrated and tries to force the ball too much. Bears score 1 TD on special teams. 1 defensive TD. and one actual offensive TD. Colts score early but are shutdown after that, scoring 2 field goals in the 2nd half.

Slow game with lots of running by the bears and lots of 3 and outs from the Colts.

Manning is going to get pounded all day long.

Colts need to work on the short to mid length passes if they want to win. They'll never stop the Bears rush which leaves no time for the long ball. They won't be able to get their run going if they don't establish any sort of pass offense. So they have to get some sort of quick pass offensive going that keeps the Bears honest.

If the Patriots were able to pound and knock Manning around all day long, just imagine what the Bears will do if they don't think the Colts will run the ball? ANd if they just try to come out and run it, the Bears will eat their lunch.

They also need to frustrate the Bears Offense. If Grossman starts trying to force it, they'll just down the shitter. This means protecting the deep ball. You know the Bears will try it. They've just gotta keep the Bears from getting long runs and long passes. If they just leave Grossman with the short pass all day, he'll get frustrated. He's a florida boy and loves to go long.

This will be a good game if the Colts O keeps the Bears D guessing.

Just my 2 cents...

Florida boy, huh? Grossman is also an Indiana boy who grew up being a Colts/Bears fan. His senior year in high school was Manning's first year with the Colts. His Super Bowl appearance is one huge orgasmic dream and since calling the media "all ignorant" during press talks, he's showing his little boy ways. One thing to have the clout to back your honest words, another thing to be some babyface kid just lucky to be at a podium speaking on behalf of the Chicago Bears.

You talk about the Bears' running game. You mean to say that Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson are better than Larry Johnson of the Chiefs, Jamal Lewis of the Ravens and also Corey Dillon, Laurence Maroney and Kevin Faulk of the Pats?! Don't forget that the Colts also have a nice tandem with Addai and Rhodes. In fact, I like that Joseph Addai, just a rookie and like Timex, takes a pounding and keeps on ticking.

Short passes? Fine. Manning has Clark and Utecht for that to set up longer passes to Harrison, Wayne, Fletcher and Moorehead.

The Bears won't be able to control the clock if Indy gets ahead real fast. What the Bears will be good at is creating turnovers. Those may break the game.

Since when did the Patriots pound Manning all day? What game did you watch? 21-6 at halftime. All day would imply the entire game... tell me how this is true. You can't because it isn't.

Also, Grossman should rely heavily on TE Desmond Clark for short passes. I want Bernard Berrian protected so heavily that he can only smell armpits.
