Ok, maybe i'm going out on a limb here...but I don't get what all the Bull Shit is about...that Janet Jackson/ Justin Timberlake thing, it happened so fast, and was covered up so fast...it would have, had to been in super slow motion in order so see her tit. Yes maybe it was the wrong place to do that...they should save that shit for the Grammys. But as far as being mentaly damaged from it... I had a 17yr old and a 16 yr old (Boys) watching and they missed it completely. So Come On!!! give it a rest. I think people need to get a life!!!

I have a few words on this subject.

All week long I’ve heard talk shows where outraged people have been calling and complaining about that half time show. I shake my head because I just don’t get why they are so steamed up. Very little was exposed and it was so fast, unless you were really paying attention, you missed it.

I grew up with television. It has given us the Zapruder film, the shooting death of Lee Harvey Oswald, and the horrifying images of the Vietnam War on the news with Walter Cronkite. I have seen the televised suicide of R. Budd Dwyer; the race riots in L.A., and the burning of a Move compound Philadelphia.
My daughters have seen Patriot missiles launched at Scuds, the sudden tragedy of the Challenger and Colombia, the shooting of Reagan, and the horror that was September 11th. All of these things were proudly on display by that same invention that brought us Janet Jackson’s boob.

Let’s not forget that this was a half time show for one of the fiercest sports on the planet. It has crippled men beyond their ability to live normal lives. Ask Mike Utley.

Having said all that, I still like TV. So do my girls. I think if I asked them which of the above they preferred, they would say the same as I would.

I'm glad to see that i'm not the only one that sees no sence in this crap...Class Action suits, Suing...Ect. for what? I"m in the service industry and see a lot of wine asses all day long...I guess that is why I started this thread to see if it was just me that thought that people were turning molehills ...or janethills...lol, into mountains. And by the replys I can see that i'm not alone. I think the kids have more access, by computer now days then ever before, and they will see more than a tit!...and don't think for one moment that a child lock on a site is going to stop them. The kids now days are writing computer programs...so they can crack any passwords....But that is another thread. Like I said before, they chose the wrong place to do that. I might not have been closely watching because that wasn't my type of music, and I was waiting for the game to restart. I want to thank everyone who replied to this thread.

Well, here are my two cents on this whole issue:
Being from Europe I absolutely can't understand the fuss about a bare tit on TV. I guess it's known that Europeans in general have a slight alteret attitude towards that.
I mean the best exapmle is that in America it's easy to see burtality and gore on TV but no erotic stuff at all??? What the ****. Why can Americans show their children headshots and blood but not the rather nice subject of a breasts. I don't get it.
But before u start moving over here, consider that u don't get to see a cool Hollywood Blockbuster without massive cuts.
So the 'European' way, no violence but sex, still sucks. *Sighs*
