Even if you don't plan on watching the Super Bowl, you still gotta eat. I'm doing wings.

Not watching the game.

I have butter beans on the stove along with black-eyed peas with bacon, jalapeño and onion...

I'll soon be baking some cornbread.

Wings, banh mi sliders, maple bacon crack, mini burritos.

I grilled burgers and Hebrew Nationals an hour ago and am contemplating having my first beer in quite some time.
A word of caution on the Hebrew Nationals: I noticed a recent package of the hot dogs in our fridge had reduced this and reduced that. Sports fans, the whole point of eating hot dogs is to not be health conscious. The point is to revel in all that fatty shit that tastes great and clogs arteries.
We have hot dogs and we have Lipitor to put balance in our universe.
BTW, some dude in Vegas bet $1.1 million on the Falcons.

I've never been a fan of organ meats.

I can remember seeing beef tongue sold at the supermarket. Not anymore. I'm surprised it's still possible to get chicken livers. I had to go to a meat market to get those hearts. The upside is that, because they're not popular, they're cheap. And other than being a little squeamish about how they look, it still tastes like chicken.

The turn off for me was seeing 5 gallon buckets full of steaming hog testicals.

Beef tongue is good, as is moose, caribou, and dall sheep tongue.
