Sunburn!! Ow! Ow! Help!!

OK..so I spent a little too much time out in the sun!

Now my arms are looking like a lobster shell after being completely boiled!

Help me??

Any home remedies I can try??

I have already done cold compresses & aloe...but I still hurt.

Help!

Use aloe verra<sp?> plant. It works instantly.

Take a very soft rag and get it wet with cold water. Wring out as much water as you can then add vinegar to the rag. The small amount of water in the rag should dilute the vinegar just a little. Take the rag and gently blot it over the burn. It will stink and sting just a little but the worst of the heat should be pulled out of your skin within about an hour

Home remedy: Oil of Clove is a natural anesthetic. Honey is a natural anti-biotic. Logically, Honey and cloves should sooth a sunburn, although I've never tried it because...

Solarcaine (tm) is cheap, effective, and comes in a spray can so I don't have to touch the burned area. It's ten times as effective as any home remedy and much less work.

Solarcaine (tm) also comes in a moisturizing Aloe Gel formula that works wonders too.

Solarcaine

There is a medicine called Solarcaine. It has Aloe and Novicaine. The Dr. had me use it when I had sever sunburn with blisters. It will numb the pain, and help the burn heal also.
