I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum.
I got comments on my stories that I perceived more as a sarcastic summary of the story than an actual comment. My question is: I am 100% for free speech, but will leaving such a comment on the bottom of my stories dissuade people to read them?
And why not another question while I'm at it: how come I can't get a 4.50 rating? What's missing in my stories? What's too much?
I had comments tell me it looked like I was in a hurry when I wrote, so the pace will be considered when I have a little more time to work on my writing. Keep in mind that I am French, so any misuse of the wonderful English language is unintentional and I gladly welcome any tips on how to improve my skills. Any skill.
