I never thought I would say this.. but I definitely need a break from any activity down there. lol

rinsing with cool/lukewarm water each time after using the toilet will help too. fill a bottle, such as a sport water bottle that has the ability to 'squirt', while you're still perched on the potty. pat dry. i'm an ob/gyn nurse...i have a little experience in this 'area'...lol. (this is what's recommended after having a baby).
