I was wondering if anyone had suggestions as to the bed sadist story, particularly one that tells it from the sadist’s perspective. If I should have put this elsewhere, I apologize. Thanks for any suggestions.

How would we decide best? I wonder if you mean, "most sadistic" and if that doesn't imply extreme sadism. If so, I doubt you will find tons of explicitly cruel stories here.

For me, "best" would depend a lot on how well it pushes my buttons and femdom, for example, is not my thing.

Nonetheless, This story seemed pretty cruel (and it's short, but I see that it has a sequel). I suppose some LW stories (the BTB variety) are also sadistic. There are several stories with the tag 'sadistic' and 'sadism' and you could play around with one of those searches.

How sure are you of that? I've encountered (unfortunately) some truly horrific stories here.
Not super sure, and it depends on your definitions of "tons" and "cruel." And maybe also the genre. I think there will be a lot of stories where a person is being cruel like a wife cucking her husband. But I think not a lot in the sadistic cruel style of the Marquis de Sade's writing. For example, LE has these prohibitions:

  • Sexualized death, “vore”, or “snuff” fiction. Characters are allowed to kill or die in stories, but the death should not be intended as sexually titillating.
  • Ravishment/non-consent fantasies in which the “victim” receives no thrill or enjoyment from the acts, or is seriously and/or permanently physically harmed/abused/maimed/killed.
  • Sexualized maiming, amputation, and female or male circumcision. We happily accept stories of amputees and their devotees, but do not post stories sexualizing the act of amputation or permanent physical harm.
  • Ravishment, nonconsensual, dubiously consensual, or consensual-nonconsensual fantasies involving real-life people, groups/organizations, or copyrighted characters. Literotica does not publish non-con fanfic.
  • Works that promote or glorify hate, intolerance, or violence towards any person or group.

I don't know when these guidelines were codified; probably there are some older works that violate these. And probably some works slipped under the radar, but I've seen plenty of authors having trouble getting their BDSM or R/NC stories published. I see some stories in genres like Gay Male that look to me like they violate these and I wonder if they apply equally to all categories (or if there is ever a reason why the policing of these might be harder if you didn't pick a category like BDSM or R/NC where you'd expect this stuff?)

And also there have been other websites I've seen that either specialized in sadisim-oriented content (like a certain library of BDSM stories) or which simply allowed any content and had a lot more of these types of stories (the now-defunct ASSTR, for example). Compared to those, I think LE is lighter on extreme content (by design).
