Nothing hardcore kinky with that, lol. I've also done this and it is fun. There is some real sexy shows there. A few large strip clubs that are close and highly advertise. If you go west from the strip on Tropicana, on the North side is an adult store that is not bad with arcade. The influx of visitors make it popular. Further west is some stores that sell clothing to the dancers so you can get something sexy for the wife. There are many, many adventuress things to do there. Look and learn.

Sex at the window while overlooking the Strip is best done at night in my opinion. This city looks amazing at night.

I highly recommend a visit to the Erotic Heritage Museum on Dean Martin. It is very "classy" and fun. A good adult date.

I am unaware of any "classy" peepshows in Las Vegas, but we do have an old school back alley place downtown. Mostly we have strip clubs and mega adult video/book stores.

Both adult "book" stores on West Tropicana are good choices. We have the Gay Bookstore and Clubs on Paradise off East Tropicana.

We have quite a few Swinger places, the Green Door is close to the Las Vegas Hotel (formerly the Hilton) and might give you the feel of a peep show. And the Power Exchange is for those into more BDSM flavored voyuerism/exhibitionism.

I've stayed at Luxor, Tropicana, NYNY, MGM, Aladdin, Riviera, Flamingo, TI, Belagio. They all have there pros/cons. Must find the atmosphere and cost that fits you. I found that if you stay a few different places and give them your email, they send you great savings offers. But again, I'm close enough I just drive up.
