Sorry to criticize kale - as a Lincolnshire denizen I am sure you love it with a quite unhealthy passion, but it never did anything for me until I added God's own sausage to it.

Ah well, dear Aquagirl, each to their own. The only things I would put with scrambled eggs would be salmon, salt and pepper, butter, and truffles (not at all at once...). I too thought chorizo, epic though it is, could not make kale edible. But it really, really does.
