These are actually Kool Aid Kool Pops I just call them all Freezie Pops and that is just what I am doing...sucking out all the good stuff!

When they're melted, just pop 'em back in the freezer and replace them with fresh frozen ones. Keeping one at the small of your back *really* improves your posture, too!
