Oh sure there is, I beleive they call them suits. 
I mean seriously, haven't you ever wondered why alot of women wear the little jacket thingy that doesn't really cover anything but the breasts?
I am pretty sure it is not a fashion statement or whatever, for the most part they blend into the outfit, they do not hang past the breast and make it smaller, they literally do not do much besides cover the arms that usually have sleaves on anyway and the breasts. It is also why waitresses tend to have a vest or a thin cotton jacket on in restaurants, cold air makes them stick out. Especially bad in bars, unless you are at hooters waistresses in bars or both places wear thick bras.
Man nipples tend to not swell as large and a loose shirt will mostly make them not visible.

Yeah but the guys who wear those tight white undershirts are always ugly smell bad and are not fit. I have never seen a guy walking in just one of those that was fit let alone the rest of it.

Now if you could somehow make a beleive able story out of 18 year olds doing that, with the tight whitey underwear and the undershirt and the lone gal in the same.
