True, though two succubus legends are that incubii and succubii are the same entitities, just different aspects.
Version one is that succubii are when the demons take on female forms and seduce men to collect sperm. They then transform into incubii and have sex with women while appearing as their lovers. The resulting child however is that of the man they collected sperm from.
The other (more recent one held by summoners) has them able to change sexes as well, but the terms cover their safety to deal with. A succubus might be willing to form a lifelong contract with someone and be a kind lover and very protective...as long as you don't cross them. Typically you need to to be in good favor with Lilith or a fertility goddess and then perform a rite to summon one and take them as a lover. Incubii however are very dangerous and will latch on to you to continually suck out your energy and slowly lead you to ruin. They're closer to djinn and can even injure you physically. They sometimes sneak into rituals for summoning succubii by appearing part of the way through, or through rituals that involve a blood sacrifice. The only way to banish one is to plead for help from Lilith who they still must obey. In this interpretation, they represent Lilith's anger at mankind while succubii represent her love for it.

Lesbian succubii are fun. I always forget his name but there's a guy on here who is pretty prolific with his succubii tales. Most are horror so the couplings are mostly fatal. He had a bisexual succubus once who turned her tail into a cock and fucked a woman to orgasm then sucked her soul and life out (leaving her body as a shriveled corpse).
Mike Carey had a very memorable one in his Felix Castor series who couldn't eat off of women but still enjoyed sex and romance with women and ended up in a caring relationship with a librarian. In that one, succubii are wronged women who swear vengeance on mankind upon death and become demons.
As for the scene itself, I love it. Main thing is, do you want it to be a fatal encounter or just a hookup.
