How do you submit an audio file to Literotica??

When I tried to upload the file to the website, it didn't work, so I emailed it to the admin. Is that the correct way to do it??

From a quick read on the submission guidelines, you have to attach the file to an email to the audio people who then upload it (Read the guidelines here)

It does take a couple of days for a story to get published, so I'm assuming that it's about the same or a week at most.
