Submissive accidentally submits to the wrong person

Mistress tells her sub she has a special treat for her: for the first time, she's going to share her with another mistress or master who is a stranger to the sub. They are to go to a designated spot and wait for them.

Unfortunately, mistress gave the wrong location or the person they were supposed to meet had to cancel.

However, before mistress can correct things, sub has already encountered someone and is doing her best to serve them.

Who could she possibly encounter? How far do things go before everyone realizes what's going on?

Normally, I'd put some starter ideas out but I want to see what encounters you all can come up with.

Seems like lots of rich possibilities. I don't know where this thought came from, but what about a somewhat harried housewife whose husband is cheating on her. She finds a text message that he is going to meet his mistress in a particular place so she goes there to confront them. She finds instead the sub sent by her master/mistress. The housewife assumes it is the woman her husband is cheating with and sets out verbally abusing her for which the woman subserviently apologizes for and offers to make up for her bad behavior...

Another might be a couple of young guys, alpha-male wannabes who are always competing with one another, borderline misogynistic in their approach towards women, general douchebags. They come across the young woman and start harassing her as their mode of trying to pick her up. Rather than run away, she seems to relish their abusive behavior...

Then of course there is the nerdy loner guy who always had a hard time getting a date. He isn't a virgin, but certainly has no sex life to speak of. He sits on the park bench next to the beautiful woman who strikes up a conversation with him (she assuming he is the Dom she is supposed to meet). She admits her willingness to go wherever he wants and to serve him to the best of her abilities. He is flabbergasted, not quite sure what is going on, but willing to take advantage of the opportunity.

Or she is sent to a location in the northern Sonora Desert, and it's a goat-walking hermit who comes across her. The sub is duty-bound to obey the person she thinks her mistress has sent, but the hermit wants to be left alone, neither wanting to given or receive orders. The sub decides that this is a test from her Mistress, and will not leave the hermit alone, seeking only to obey this isolated woman who doesn't want to give commands.
