Submission not showing up in my profile

Thanks for your patience, but I've never submitted before and I have a question.

Currently, I have submitted three stories, one being a "part 2" of the first.

After submitting with no error messages, I get "Submissions: 0"

Is this normal. Do I need to follow up on this with the staff?

It may take a little time to happen.
I doubt it is an automated process.

You only joined two days ago. As it's taking some five days at least for stories to be reviewed for posting now, you wouldn't have received any error messages and the stories wouldn't post yet.

As you are the only one who can see your submissions list, no one here can help you with what's going on there (if anything). You say the entries aren't listed at all on your submissions page? They should be, with a blue pending slug on the listing. When they post, that will change to "approved" or "rejected" (with a reason). The editor won't even look at what you've submitted for a few more days, though. (And if you click on the "pending" sign, the transaction will go back to the end of the queue).

For further questions you need to contact the site editor directly. Send a PM (private message system at the top right of this page) to Laurel.

I figured that was the case. In the "view" section, I do see the submissions now.

I know I just joined and just submitted. I didn't expect them to appear for days, but I was just curious if "something" was missing.

You always get feed-back from the powers-that-be (Laurel) if your story is rejected, so you have a chance to correct the problem or protest your righteousness. As long as you don't hear anything you can count on everything being in order.

Looking forward to reading your stuff when it comes up....
