Stupidity knows no bounds!

Well, now I've seen it all. My new story was doing well, slowly climbing in ratings. I got an anonomous feedback that read..."Don't do it, we implore you, someone will get hurt and at least 2 people will break up." It was signed "Bi girls, laura and lisa"
Now, immediately after reading that feedback, and thinking no one could possibly be that naive, I checked my ratings. They must have given me a low score! Did not "devastate" my rating, but none the less, I was aghast at the stupidity of the readers. It is a story, for crying out loud!!
Anyway..just needed to vent...thanks!!

Welcome to the club sweety. "Laura & Lisa" are gaining a certain fame for their bull shit on Lit lately. They actually told me to "... never post anything on Lit ever again." And like you, that was a story that was climbing rapidly and they trashed the vote.

But I got the last laugh. The story is stable at 4.53 and still has it's "H" with so many votes nothing much can happen to it.

There are at least two other threads in the AH about those 2. They are morons playing games. Ignore them and go on.

Not impossible. But really. Why? It's not like anyone gives a crap, is it?

Most autors seems to get mildly confused, shrug it off and move on. Is feedback forms really the best venue to stir up shite? Sounds nothing short of pathetic to me.

Hmm... I was kind of a pothead (even without any pot) in my 14-16ths, and not even I would had thought of something like this.

We put up traffic cones in the mall parking lot and watched the mayhem ensue instead. Now that was FUN!
