Stupid question for Laurel.

I used IE.. most of the time I surf on Lit I have a little IE icon in the address bar before the http address. When I'm in my PM box, however, I have a white 'L' on a blue background.

Why is this?
Can you expand it to the rest of the site? I think it's sort of cool.
Am I the first to ask you this annoying and stupid question?

Ya know, I had that spiffy L also when I put the BB in my favorites on the laptop. It also managed to make it's way in the toolbar at the top of the page. I really liked it. Unfortunately, it's since disappeared. Well, it's still in the favorites, but the toolbar has gone back to the boring little "e" thingys.

Stupider question for Laurel

Sometimes when I'm trying to access lit it doesn't work.

I close my eyes and punch randomly on the keyboard and when i open my eyes I don't seem to be logged on...what's wrong?
