I think we all saw how quickly the stupid fucking MAGAtards put forth a false narrative on various social media around the right-wing MAGAtard nut who assassinated Democrats in Minnesota. Many of our resident stupid fucking MAGAtards repeated those same lies.

Seriously. How is political assassination going to result in a less severe sentence than killing a CEO?
 
Both parties will always have idiots. Party allegiance is trivial here. The detail that matters is Minnesota, which doesn't have a death penalty. The guy who needs hanging will probably spend decades in prison at government expense.

The unhinged right wing POS faces FEDERAL CHARGES, which allows for the death penalty.

It ALL depends on how hard the Feds push domestic political terrorism and hate crime charges, and the punishment they seek.

If the Feds don’t push for the death penalty, when we all know it was an act of domestic political terrorism and a hate crime, then this country is lost.

A two PARTY (tier) justice system will be in full effect - with racist, fascist MAGAt republicans enjoying a higher tier of "justice":

The stupid "fucktard" was Tampon Tim who had associated himself with the crazed killer.
 
Boelter, 57, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree attempted murder, according to the criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County Court on Saturday.

Boelter is also facing six charges in federal court, including stalking and murder.

Walz never really did put tampon machines in boys' restrooms. And probably would not have recognized Boelter's name or face before this story broke. And even you know Walz would make a better Veep than Vance and a better president than Trump, and is a whole lot smarter than either of them.

Everywhere I read says that the feds can push for the death penalty. One way or the other if convicted he will never see daylight. Isn't life without parole worse than a death sentence?

I knew this would happen. It's not surprising at all, the depths of mean-spirited, willful and HATEFUL ignorance these people will spew and insist that it's factual. Even after it's been debunked a million times.

Fuzzy recollection here, but I think yesterday a former DA said that he can be brought up on Federal charges as well and subject to the death penalty.

Who gets first dibs on his trial(s)?
