Maybe I read it here, maybe somewhere else. A student has a crush on his young innocent teacher. One afternoon he sees her walking through the gym when a masked man accosts her with a weapon and forces her to perform oral. Student is too scared to interfere or maybe wants to see it happen. After the teacher complies, the attacker takes off his mask. It is the PE teacher I think and clearly the two have a relationship, though a sick one.
Over time, student observes her being tied up and abused and GB'ed by the guy's friends. My favorite part is when he leaves her tied spread out on a gymnastics horse and the student creeps out and takes a turn. I know it's wrong but I liked the contrast between the sweet feelings the student had for teacher and the crude rude treatment she got from her boyfriend.
