So after searching I was surprised to not find any threads on the topic of strip clubs or pole-dancing. So I decided to make one myself



There obviously is something very alluring about seeing a woman dance this most sexy and provocative dance. I was once an exotic dancer back when I was 20. I worked at a small time club in a small city. It was honestly the most fun job I've ever had. Being up on that stage felt so empowering and twirling around that pole made you feel like you were flying at times. The moves you can do on a pole often defy gravity itself.

Seeing all those hungry eyes staring at me as I did my routine always turned me on. Every move, every spin, every wiggle was an erotic dance of seduction. Even after I had quit dancing professionally, my husband and I would occasionally go to one together. Watching him get turned on by the other dancers was very exciting for me, knowing that once we got out of there he was going to rock my world. For this reason I've never understood girls who don't like their man going to a strip club. He's not there to fuck someone, he's there to be entertained and when he gets home, he's going to take out all that energy on you!

In many ways the ultimate liberating experience of being able to strut and show off and be a completely sexual being without fear of judgment or danger (assuming a good club with attentive bouncers). Dancing in front of men makes me horny as hell.

I think maybe strip clubs get demonized because they bring out in men that which most women spend far too much time suppressing. To those women I suggest visiting a strip club. You haven't convinced your man to not like this, you have just convinced him to pretend he doesn't - hardly a healthy approach to an adult sex life.

I don't really see the disinterest in strip clubs. As a woman to me it doesn't matter what got you all wound up, it only matters how you wined down. To a certain degree it can be considered live foreplay, as Long as it's not an addiction and my S/O was coming back to me to get rid of the pent up emotion I see No problem with it.

I personally have a high level of respect for pole dancers/strippers. It takes courage and strength to do what they do. They look so damn good doing it do, especially the professional pole dancers. The skill and amount of talent they have really amazes me! Props to them! As I believe the op said, it's not like they are sleeping with your S/O so why get upset or something. I mean it's not like they haven't walked down the street, seen an attractive woman showing a bit more then what could be considered necessary and had gotten a bit of a rise.

from my point of view i do agreewith what you say in this post. i see that what they do is demanding in many ways and hard work to do as well.

from my own experiance, i tend to get in shitloads of trouble if/or/when i even look at other women, so you might imagine looking at strippers or nude stuff. i think there are more than i who have this issue and unfortunatly some, or many women dosnt share the same entusiasm and tolerate as much as most of the women in lit (at least thats what it seems)...

Although strip clubs aren't my thing, I have been to a couple. The women were a lot of fun, and certainly had some impressive moves. I was talking to a lot of them when they weren't dancing. Plus, the sexual air in there was cool too.

She is very skilled and in total control of her body. It should be noted that she also handicapped herself by wearing those boots. One of your best grip points is your ankles and calves. Also being able to land on them with those heels after doing a one handed swing is amazing.

I have watched this video a hundred times and while I am entranced by this girl's ability and beauty, I like the way she wins over the entire crowd, men, women, young, and old with her strength and grace.

Anyone can pole dance Sheana. Like anything else, it requires practice and starting small. One of the first things you learn is how to climb the pole. Knowing where and how to grip, getting a feel for how your weight shifts, and just getting over that initial fear of falling. Before long, you're slowly trying new things, spins, twirls, slides, hangs etc. Even for as long as I've been doing it, there are some things I cannot do. Stair walks, dragons, and armpit holds in particular.

Now I feel like starting my own pole dancing class. /sigh if there were only more hours in the day...

This doesn't happen nearly as often as men claim. Not saying it doesn't (i'm guilty on one count), but it isn't nearly as widespread as guys talk about. Most dancers don't want to attract any more negative attention to the business than they already get. Don't shit where you eat as they say...

To understand what sort of girl becomes a dancer, consider a random cross-section of women anywhere you see them, grocery store, bar, whatever. There isn't a "type".

Not all of them start out as lean as you tend to think of them...that kind of exercise does nice things sculpting a body. So the girl you see on the outside has the same insecurities and/or strengths she had before she started.

Once they work in that industry they become pretty hyper-aware of men's intentions and a little jaded since they don't typically see men at their finest behavior.

Plus just being there implies a neediness that is not attractive to woman generally speaking.

People think strippers are either promiscuous in their personal life or unemployed hookers waiting for a John. Neither is likely true. They get plenty of sexual validation, plenty of the touch-therapy that all humans crave, why would they seek out a hypersexual lifestyle after hours anymore than any other woman might? As far as prostitution goes, they are in the sex industry exactly where they chose to be. If they wanted to be hookers the money would be better. Do some blur or cross the line? Sure... But waving a couple of hundreds at a housewife in a grocery store is more likely than assuming you can rent the stripper of your choice.

Over the last 15 years I've enjoyed all kinds of strip clubs, and seen some amazing things done on poles including girls climbing very tall ones and sliding down. There are many great tricks.

One stripper I've befriended and is currently taking some time out to be a mom talked about pole dancing. She found it funny that women would use it to workout and be sensual. She said tray doing for a room of loud drunks...she didn't feel very sexy.

Still though I enjoy admiring women, but I behave myself which many dancers tell me is rare.
