it's true - kegels (you know, the 'stop urinating' muscle contraction) are not just for women, they help mens' sexual function too. They will improve hardness, stamina and give a man more control when trying to delay ejaculation.
sets of 10 - 20 contractions 2 -4 time a day to start. Later (a few weeks) that can be increased gradually to a total of maybe 200 total contractions in a day and intensity can be increased by increaswing the time the contraction is held. (I live in NYC and always use the time between subway stations)
then there is jelqing, but that is another story altogether

you can do masturbation before having sex then it will take more time to ejaculate. I think it is the best idea for avoiding premature ejaculation.
