Stranger as housemate

Typo would be a 21 yearold male owns a small 2 bedroom house in a college town. Posts a few places like with the city news paper and at the college he is looking for a roommate to do a long term renting of his spare bedroom.

He would be finish trades classes like pluming and electrical classes as he plans to start his own handyman company, and can use a house mate for spare cash to live on more comfortable...

Am willing to write it as a SRP, RP or story. I am looking for someone to write the female role, can make her fit my co-writers personality on the female age/looks/personality.

This is not a RP forum, but adapting a RP into a story is okay (must be, I've done it myself).

They tend to be dialogue driven, which I prefer over a lot of narrative.

Its not just a RP idea.. Its a idea for all 3... That I am looking for a co-writer to work with in any of the 3.... The 3 being SRP, RP and Story line.... Is this not a area to find a writing partner as its a story idea.

RP means role play, I assume. What is an SRP, a sexual role play?

I'm male, but when I write stories I just create my own female characters. I also did that years ago when I was experimenting with movie screenplays. It doesn't seem that hard to do, but you may feel differently about it.

IMHO the situation was sub-optimal. Thus, beware strange, kinky, loud housemates of questionable sanitation and STD status.

Yes RP means roleplay, that is more of a story non-sexual base. Then SRP is sexual Role Play would be a sex story. I try to write about what I know, and I have a hard time writing as a woman.

LOL... For me.. I just don't get how a woman's mind works. *shrugs* Ask and you get a blunt answer. So like "dose the pants make my as look big." would get a response like " I love how they hug your full ass." and off to the couch I go to sleep that night as I am in the dog house...

I'd set it in a familiar San Francisco flat, around the corner from the Jefferson Airplane mansion with a cloudy sky painted over its entry. A real cat named Mama-Fuck-Fuck will observe from on high. Maybe told from her POV.

Not if your new housemate feeds your kitty LSD. That's relevant. Hey, they might set you up for involuntary trips. You'd better hope that what you experience is only a hallucination. Did you really walk naked downtown at night, or was it just a dream? The arresting officers might lend a hint.
