Well, it was a good week for progressives. We have a President who does not pander to Putin, which is a relief to the entire Western world. He gave a good speech that distinguished his vision from the cynical trickled-on theories of the GOP (the rich get richer and the others get trickled on).

My opinion, SOTU should be done from the white house, fireside chat type ordeal and eliminate all the phony pageantry and deal strictly with the country's business.
