Maybe someone will post some links. The only 2 stories that are coming to mind are both harem-type: A_Satori's Island is great (and long: 128,000 words). Set on a desert island. the_last_high's only posted story, A Blizzard and the Night of Firsts, set in a winter cabin. And while we're here, somewhat-related: Tx Tall Tales' great Puppy Girl: The Stray, w/ an unusual kink. Only the girl got stranded, in this case.
