Hi there STP,

I was wondering, you being an STP fan, what you thought of Scott Weiland's solo album. I personally like it more than any STP album, I like how its all over the map musically and sloppy in parts. I think the lyrics suit me better than STP, desperation and problems dealing with his inner self. Plus a song about Barbarella, c'mon, jane fonda was hot in that.

Nice to see you on the boards, sorry about your being a Lions fan, tough year for them. Sometimes gotta get worse before you get better.

thanks for the sympathy in regards to the Lions MM....

as for Weilands solo work, ya know, i like the diversity in it, not at all like the typical STP work. He really lets his inner self show through in his songs, and this kind of lyrical outpouring has always been something I appreciate in a song. Weiland has been through a lot in his life and career, and I think that his solo work was a kind of cleansing experience for him.

I have read many of your posts, and you are quite a witty and intelligent fella...keep on keepin on!

STP...Pan's comments are related to my two related threads i started a few days ago. I was essentially sick of the clique of women that ohhh and awwwwww over each other's posts, never saying a helluva lot of value. I have since simmered down some though I still find it annoying and foolish. I try to compliment the posts and what the poster has to say, rather than just slather praise on my friends over and over again.
