Been wracking my brain and searching for days, but all I can remember is:
- Brother wants to trick sister for some reason (its from his POV iirc)
- Sister and female friend are casually hooking up
- Brother starts hooking up with same friend (she's in on the trick), at one point gives her a creampie right before she goes and sleeps with his sister (she texts or plans to tell the sister she was in the middle of a date). brother's intention was to have the sister eat it without knowing
- at some point brother and sister end up going to a fancy party together; she wasn't supposed to know it was him but had pieced it together. They hook up (forget if friend remains involved)
It's *possible* that they're cousins or something instead of siblings but i'm 99% sure that they're at least related and of similar age
