Since I'm the major contributor (18 of 26 threads) to The Super and since GoodSon isn't posting here, I thought I'd do an update.

I've been writing an extended thread on this story since last year. It takes our hero through introducing himself to the tenants. So far he's fucked every female tenant he's met, plus a female handyperson/painter.

I've started branching out in this story, starting more options for actions, under the notion that more options will encourage people to write for this story.

I've returned to Natalie, the hot MILF that was our hero's first erotic encounter in the building. Instead of leaving after they fuck, our hero wants More sex. it continues with Natalie on top.
