Can anyone tell me how you access tags for story categories?

Go to the story side. Down toward the bottom there is a Search Stories, click it.
In the upper right corning of the search window, click Advanced Search.
In the drop down list for Search Only, select Search Story Tags.
Now select the category and in the search area type in the tag(s) you want to search for.
