Story Tag Delay?

Perhaps it’s just something I have no knowledge of because I’m so new, so I apologize in advance. But I just had a chapter 2 to a story I’m writing published, yet when I go to the story tags where I’d supposedly find it and it’s not there. Yet, I see chapter 1 right there, and with no different tags. It’s only been 30 minutes since publishing. How long until it appears in any random search? Like I even tested it on a different computer, if i searched the mother son category, I’d see my chapter 1 there, and in my “Works” page I can clearly see chapter 2 has been published. But chapter 2 has appeared under the story tag yet for some reason. Anyone know why?

Every listing here posts at a different time. Thirty minutes is far too short to expect everything to align.
