I submitted a story about my first time with my high school girlfriend - I submitted it sometime last week under "First Time" but haven't seen it posted or received any emails about it.

I never used any other description other than my high school girlfriend - is there a chance this violates the age requirements against underage sex? Seems like it shouldn't but also haven't heard anything about my story.

The title was something like "finish what you started".

First, be patient, the person in charge of posting stories has a lot of porn to look at.

Second, if you are writing a story that may be construed as having underage characters in sexual situations, just make sure to identify the character as of legal age in some manner. Mention their age, or make a statement that leaves no ambiguity they are legal.

First off, this thread would have been better placed in the Author's Hangout or one of the other forums devoted to writing.

Second, as MNGuy mentioned, first time writers tend to be scrutinized a bit closer, not only for rules violations but for basic grammar & spelling. Enough errors will cause a story to be rejected.

Third, high school age is okay, so long as the characters involved in any depiction of sex are explicitly stated to be over eighteen OR, if age is not explicitly stated, the characters are seniors is high school.

Fourth, it typically takes 3-4 days in any case. Just chill. You'll have it approved or sent back soon enough.
