Story Shows as 'In Series', But It Is Not [Series Bug]

I have a story that was added to an automatically-created series. I removed it from that list and deleted the series.

On my dashboard's "My Stories", the story still shows as "In Series". If I open the story, it does not show as belonging to a series. On my dashboard's "My Series," under "Manage My Works", the story does not appear.

First of all, wait for overnight to see if the story page updates.

It might not.

There's some kind of caching which happens, so that old story pages aren't updated at all when changes to other data happens, for example, series information, the author's follower count, and some other things.

It's been two days since it was initially removed from the series. I did submit a bug report, but I've never heard back from one, so I wanted to post it here.

There is now a remove from series option under the Series(Beta) option.

I've noticed that it can take many days for the series to update properly after changes.
