Go to "Works" in your author CP, then to the "Sent Back" tab.
There, click on the story that has been sent back. At the top should be the reasons the story was rejected.
Upon correcting said issues ( or determining that they were in error, because sometimes content rejections are mistaken due to skimming ) you can then preview and submit from the same place. No need to start a new submission.
