Story search - Asian coed, predator/hunter, excited roommate

Trying to find this story again. It was either non-consent or interracial, I think. A guy is a predator who stalks his victims before attacking them. He is tracking an Asian college student, and he waits in her apartment to rape her. She comes home and he ties her up. The roommate comes home too - I think her name is Stephanie - and she gets tied up too. The guy rapes the Asian girl while the roommate watches, and the roommate likes it. He asks the roommate if she wants to be raped too, and she says no. He asks if she wants to do anything to the Asian girl, and she says yes.
