... like you've already got this worked out in your mind. You've already outlined it for us, so why not give it the old college try and write it yourself? If you say you're not a good writer, so be it, but you'll get better with time (as most all things do). You'll get invaluable feedback, and ultimately be able to polish it up to your liking. Plus, it gives you free reign on your own idea!
