How about an interracial story consisting of a 30 something year old white female with red hair, fair skin, and natural who goes to a small African village and treats some ill children. As the heat sets in she decides to go braless even though she wears a white blouse all the time. She then needs to travel to the nearest town about 100 miles away to pick up additional medicine and equipment, but the only means on transportation is an old vehicle. A young African man who just turned 18 is tasked to escort her to prove his manhood. The vehicle breaks down mid way and they are forced to survive on his skills and her wit until a search party begins to look for them. They have to bathe near eachother and an infatuation in her light skinned body begins. She is too naive and proper to realize what is going on, but each moment becomes increasingly hotter.

You might like the Missionary Position story I've written--very similar themes about an inexperienced white woman doing relief work in Uganda, and a young black man who she works with. A little different, but if I were ever to write a sequel to it, your outline would probably fit pretty well with what I've already written.
