Story Posting Times?

Hi,

I've seen updates in the past, but I can't seem to find them now. Anyone know what the turnaround time is lately between submitting a story & seeing it go live? I know it can go up and down depending on circumstances.

Also: I submitted a "chapter one" today. I have chapter two all ready to go. If I load it up today, will it go live on the same day as chapter one? I'd rather they come out with a bit of space between them so they stay visible longer.

I have a bunch of chapters submitted on my profile and they are going up one chapter at a time. The first three went up a day apart, the last one posted yesterday, and I am figuring the weekend slows submission processing down? The first posted, I believe, for the day after I submitted it, so it's been pretty quick. But I'm knew and I know nothing.

Usually the timing is 72 hours, except when a contest is in progress then it can take up to a week for stories to post.

Chapters...Laurel usually holds them for a day. One day ch 1 post then the next day ch 2 posts.

If you want a longer time between chapters hold off submitting them a day or two.

With very few exceptions, my posting time has been two days for over a year, and I post at least one story per week.
