Story Pending for 20+ Days

I posted my first ever story on 9-23-2025 and it's still in the pending. It's not sent back for any corrections either. I'm just wondering if this is normal or if I have to contact someone. Please if anyone can assist that would be very helpful. Thank you.

Hi, My first short story has been pending since October 15. I don't really understand what I'm doing wrong, and I'm not feeling inspired to write more right now, but I'll wait another month or so. Good Luck to you

We might be getting back to the days when the correct action when you have been pending for an extended length of time (at least more than two weeks) is to message Laurel. Like delete and resubmit, it might not work. And if you do, be polite and friendly.

I believe that is what got my story unwedged after just over two months.

That's well ver 15 days - my suggestion is to delete it, resubmit it and include a Note to Admin saying it was pending for over a month so you have deleted and resubmitted

That's well over 15 days - my suggestion is to delete it, resubmit it and include a Note to Admin saying it was pending for over a month so you have deleted and resubmitted

You're not doing anything wrong - it's a glitch with the stories submission process - try what I recommended above and if it doesn't go thru come back here and we can walk yu thru sending a PM to Laurel to see if that will get it thru

How does one delete and resubmit?

I've only been able to see how to "edit" (revert to draft) and then resubmit? But it's entirely possible that I'm being an idiot.
