It can take as long as three days for your story to be approved and posted. Once it's approved, it should be posted the following midnight PST.

How do you change from word doc to text ? I wrote a story in word, and would this make it longer to post. This was my first story I wrote and can't wait to see it posted. I hope i did everything correct.

when you save your story you should be able to chose if you want to save it as .doc or .txt

You shouldn't actually do that at all. It takes much longer to post if you email it to literotica, unless of course you're having it edited first.

In any case, go to the story index page and click login at the top. It's the same as your bulletin board name and password. From there you can choose to submit stories and look at how your stuff is already doing with the handy menu to the left.

You can cut and paste your story directly from your word processor into the submission form and then preview it to see if it's okay.
