I have noticed several of our beloved posters have added links to their story lists in their signature lines. I noticed DCL and debbiexxx have done this.

As someone who can't seem to tear herself away from the GB, but who loves erotic writings, this has been great! By clicking on the list, a new browser window opens thereby making the trek to the storyland much easier. (Call me lazy? I prefer to think of it as very, very focused! lol)

I think it is a great idea and would love to see more authors follow suit.

Thank you. :)

Thank you Miss Taken for noticing but the great idea goes to DCL. I emailed him asking how he had done it and he was kind enough (he is truly a gentleman of extreme intelligence and knows how to treat a lady :D ) to let me know how he did this. There are others such as xander etc who do the same. Credit goes to those who think of these great ideas I am just a 'follower' of the many.
:) :) :)

Am I truly a beloved poster? I am truly humbled by the kind people who read my stories and send me feedback. Thank you all. :)
I try to be the best I can be, I expect no less from myself.

So...how is it done? Enquiring and computer-illiterate minds want to know!

I'm in agreement here.... I have read a few stories from links and that's a-ok with me.. That's the main reason I came to literotica, the stories!!!!

(hint, hint)

If you click on the little blue WWW at the bottom of our posts, you'll find that many of us make our Lit stories/poems page available to you in that way, and have done so for a very long time. It, too, will open another window.

A link to my one and only story

It's the only story I've submitted so far... and I've gotten NO feedback. I liked it, but I wonder if it sucks?

Damn you. Now I have to go take a VERY cold shower.

It does NOT suck.

I had done that too....but to accomidate a lady, i'll put it in a more prominent place. ;)

I actually got the idea from Todd, believe it or not, who made a few easy links in his sig line a long time ago. It occured to me that authors ought to do that.

I've never been a blatant self-promoter -- I've pointed people towards my stories before, but never in such an overt way. But when AJ started promoting me so well and so many people started asking where to find my stories I thought I'd make it easy and add the link. Thanks AJ!

By the way, as long as I'm blatantly self-promoting, I have four or five stories that can only be found in the Literotica Newsletter archives (if you're so inclined), and a three chapter erotic story called "A Fireman's Prayer" coming out in the new Literotica Book.

what's the coding?

I'll see if it looks okay. I'd like to have my Lit writing linked more obviously to my posts(people don't often get the siginificance blue WWW, do they?) but i'd rather have a good looking sig line than the link.

Life's just one big balancing act, isn't it?

Remember to eliminate the space i added in the http: //
I did that so you could see the coding.

Thank you.

There're lots of things i'm not good at and programming heads the list.

YW!!! and thank *you* for the balloons!!!

You should change the font color, the link is virtually invisible.

you can make it <b>My stories/poems</b> to bold it....that might help.

or for example: < b><font color= blue>My stories/poems</ font></ b>

IF that is the case, I have long list of "wishes."

And Pokerman, thank you, hon. ;) Just for me???????? ~coy smile~

And thanks to everyone else! It just seemed like a good idea for those of us who are pc challenged!

Let's see if this works...nope...

How about now? No...

And now...?
