Story Limbo

I have a story that I submitted sitting in Limbo. The site has updated new stories twice since I submitted it and yet my story has not been approved or denied?

Has anyone ever had a story sit like this? I can't figure out if it is somehow stuck in a place it can't be seen, or if there is something wrong with it?

Let me know if this has happened to anyone before.
